REMOTE SERVICES & EQUIPMENT USE

We offer mobile services when it makes most sense for the client, student and/or horse; training, lessons, etc. We can travel to your facility and provide services in person or by video consultation. Sometimes we are asked to use the owners equipment; tack, supplies, etc. Many times this is the best method, as it is not conducive to us to transport equipment to every mobile client. If a specific item is needed in the interim, we will use our equipment until the owner may secure their own. We will use your items on a case by case basis. Please note that we will use your equipment if needed, but will not use items that are unsafe, ill fitting or not up to the standard to provide the best care and training services required. The care and maintenance is the responsibility of the client and we are not liable for items being broken or worn out.

It is recommended the client acquire and maintain their own equipment and consult us for the recommended items - for both schooling and show items. We will rent our show items (bridles, saddles, clothes) for clients as availability allows. This comes up many times as a client tries a new discipline, or is leasing a horse. At the end of the day, feel free to consult us for the best items to have and where to find them. We are here to help each owner have the tools they need to continue their work and take care of their investment.

Our Commitment

The focus of our business model is to offer an excellent experience and operate professionally. By fostering an appropriate business relationship, we require agreements and hold ourselves and our clients accountable according to them. We will provide the services our clients require and expect payment for them in accordance to our operating agreement.

The horse’s care and well being is paramount and considered first in any program. We will not engage in any activities that influence our standards negatively.

lessons

Private and group lessons are available. Prepaid packages of four are offered at a discount. Lessons options range from 30 minute sessions for the younger student or for an intense session (such as a lunge line lesson) to the classic one hour length.
Lessons can be taught on your horse or ours (depending on availability). Remote lessons are available as well, but will incur an additional charge to cover travel time and cost. Full training clients receive a lesson each week that is a “take it or leave it” type of scenario, ie, if a lesson isn’t used one week, it does not mean there is an additional lesson owed the following week. Conditioning clients receive two free lessons a month with their program. This is to encourage the owner to be involved in the process and learn the concepts being used and taught to their horse. Program-included lessons must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

training

Custom programs are available depending on the owner’s goals and the horse’s needs. The three basic programs offered are 1) Full training, 2) Conditioning and 3) Colt starting/intense restart.

transport

Private and expert transport is available as part of a training or care package and will be priced according to market costs, mileage and weather conditions. Typically costs will start at $1.50/mi and are discounted for horse show travel and basic in and around town trips. We maintain new equipment that is reliable and well suited for the rigors of cross country transport. In the instance we can’t provide transport, we will employ a capable operation that holds similar standards upon owner approval.
